The Dino Megazord — known in Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger as Daizyujin — is the granddaddy of every mecha in the franchise: the battle-union of the five Dinozords (Tyrannosaurus, Mastodon, Triceratops, Sabertooth Tiger and Pterodactyl) that forms the very first giant robot the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers field against Rita Repulsa. Its Power Sword finisher remains the show's defining image.

This release is MZ-0101 — the debut entry in Hasbro's Zord Ascension Project (ZAP), the modern, fully articulated high-end collector line. Unlike the classic DX brick, every one of the five Dinozords is a fully poseable figure in its own right, and they combine into a Megazord that is far more show-accurate and articulated than anything before it, with crisp paint, fine panel detailing and the Power Sword included.

The MZ-0101 catalog number marks the start of the numbered ZAP series, making this set the collector's cornerstone: beyond the classic Megazord, the Zords also lock into the Tank / Battle Mode configurations — a love letter to the original that pairs nostalgia with modern poseability.
