The Ninja Megazord is the winged ninja colossus from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Season 3, formed from the Rangers' five Ninjazords: the Ape (Red), Frog (Black), Wolf (Blue), Bear (Yellow) and Crane (Pink), with the Crane Ninjazord making up the head and the Bear Ninjazord the torso. In its Japanese source series Ninja Sentai Kakuranger it is known as Goshin Gattai Kakure Daishogun, the third and final of the three God Generals; there its beasts carry the names God Saruder, God Kark, God Logan, God Kumard and God Gammer. Combined with Tommy's Falconzord, it upgrades into the even mightier Ninja MegaFalconzord.

The Legacy release is Bandai America's premium reissue from the Legacy Collection (out Fall 2016). Compared to the classic vintage DX it runs a touch more compact, but it earns its keep with die-cast parts, metallic paint and far more show-accurate deco. Articulation was noticeably improved as well: several of the individual zords now feature fully articulated legs and ankles, and the Frog Ninjazord rides on ball joints (with removable front legs and an opening mouth).

As part of the Legacy line the Megazord is ZordBuilder-compatible, so it can mix and match with a wide range of other Legacy and modern-era Ranger zords. The matching Legacy Falconzord needed for the full winged combination is sold separately – a must-have for collectors who want the complete ninja ensemble on the shelf in die-cast glory.
