Silver Titanus is a genuine oddity within the In Space line-up: not a mecha from Denji Sentai Megaranger at all, but a pure Bandai America creation. Megaranger simply never had a Titanus — the figure instead traces back to the original Titanus, the massive Brachiosaurus Carrierzord of the first Mighty Morphin season, which carried the legendary Ultrazord combination. For the In Space era, Bandai America reissued that Carrierzord in silver. A key note for collectors: Silver Titanus never appeared in the show — it is a toy-only concept with no on-screen presence and no Japanese counterpart.

In its role as a Carrierzord, Silver Titanus is the rolling base onto which the In Space Megazords are transported and assembled into Ultrazord-style configurations. It can carry or dock the Astro Megazord, Delta Megazord, the combined Astro Delta Megazord, Mega Voyager, Winged Mega Voyager and Mega Winger — effectively the big brother that gathers the season's entire robot roster beneath it.

The DX toy shipped in Fall 1998 as the Deluxe Silver Titanus Carrierzord (Bandai America, #3274) and is a heavy redeco and retool of the original Titanus release. Instead of plain white, it now sports a white-and-silver look, with silver plastic replacing the white on the tail, cannons and wheel casings. The Brachiosaurus head and neck were swapped for a shuttlepod-like front section and a rocket/missile pod, while the claws became simple mechanical sections. The original's motorized feature was dropped, making the toy noticeably lighter, and a large, detailed rear spoiler was added that also lets you attach the cannons.

For gimmicks, Silver Titanus leans into Ultrazord-style stacking: there are mounts for the Mega V3 Missile (on the front of the nosecone) and Mega V2 (atop the missile pod), while the Mega Voyager and Mega Winger were intended to be stowed inside it. It is precisely this toy-origin curiosity — a US-exclusive Carrierzord that carries a Zyuranger veteran over into the In Space world — that makes Silver Titanus such a popular and distinctive shelf piece.
