The Time Shadow (branded the Time Shadow Megazord in Power Rangers Time Force) is the Timerangers' support mecha — a fully automatic combat robot built in the 30th century to hunt down the worst criminals. By default it cruises the skies as an arrowhead-shaped Stealth Fighter; in a pinch it unfolds into its robot mode and fights with ninja-quick agility, wielding two "Shadow Sabers" of super-hardened metal that can also lock together into the double-bladed "Double Shadow." Its signature move is the "Delta Formation": Time Shadow docks onto Time Robo to form the far more powerful Time Robo Shadow (Alpha or Beta), turning the support unit into extra armor and firepower for the main Megazord.

This Black Edition is a black recolor of Bandai's classic DX Time Shadow. Since Time Shadow was always the dark, shadowy stealth-runner of the Timeranger fleet, an all-black finish — accented with gold and chrome trim — reads almost like the natural endpoint of its own design: noticeably sleeker and stealthier than the show-accurate standard release. Mechanically nothing changes: the same die-cast heft the DX line is known for, the same Stealth Fighter-to-robot transformation, and full docking compatibility for the Delta Formation with Time Robo.

As a limited color variant it's above all a shelf piece for collectors — mechanically identical to the regular DX, but a real eye-catcher on display, especially when paired with a matching black-recolored Time Robo. If you already own the standard figure, this is the moody, premium-looking version to set beside it.
