This variant is based on the Isis Megazord from Power Rangers: Wild Force – the U.S. counterpart to the Hyakujuu Gattai GaoIcarus from Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger. It is formed from five Wild Zords: the Giraffe and Deer make up the right and left arms, the Rhino forms the waist and legs, joined by the Armadillo and the winged Falcon/Hawk. Isis is one of the very few Megazords that can actually fly, wielding attacks such as the "Giraffe Spear," the "Deer Clutcher," the petrifying "Isis Stare," and the finishing "Final Strike." When the large wings fold forward, it shifts into "Ultimate Defense Mode."

As a DX toy the figure first appeared in Japan as the DX GaoIcarus (Bandai), then arrived in the U.S. in fall 2002 as the Deluxe Isis (Command) Megazord from Bandai America – essentially the same mold, but with a remolded Falcon tail carrying an audio gimmick for the American release (falcon call, laser and battle sound). A button on the Giraffe extends the Gao Spear, a button on the Deer moves the CrossHorn antlers, and the Armadillo rolls into a ball that the spring-loaded Rhino horn can kick across the room. Lights and sound run on batteries.

The "Chrome Edition" is a chrome-plated recolor of exactly this model: instead of the matte production paint, the armor panels wear a mirror-bright, metallic finish that makes the Megazord's bulky silhouette gleam under display lighting. The engineering, gimmicks and combination are identical to the standard DX – here it is purely the striking high-gloss chrome look that sets this collector's piece apart from the regular release.
