The Predazord is the sinister predator robo from Power Rangers Wild Force – in its Japanese source series Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger it is known as GaoHunter. It is formed from three "Predator" Wildzords: the silver Wolf, the Hammerhead Shark and the Alligator. The Alligator makes up the head, torso and legs, the Wolf and Hammerhead form the two arms, and the alligator's tail becomes the hefty Gator Staff. The Predazord was originally under the control of the fallen Duke Org Zen-Aku (Merrick), striking at the Rangers with its "Predator Wave" attack; only after Merrick's redemption did the mecha fight on the side of the Lunar Wolf Ranger – a duality mirrored on screen by its two forms, GaoHunter Evil and GaoHunter Justice.

The centerpiece of the DX toy is its switchable head: a single twist flips between the evil Org face and the heroic Ranger face, baking the show's double life straight into the gimmick. The three animal zords can be played with individually and clicked together into the robot via the classic DX combination mechanics, complete with a detachable Gator Staff as a side weapon. Its angular, aggressive silhouette deliberately sets it apart from the "noble" hero robo, GaoKing / the Wild Force Megazord.

The Chrome Edition listed here is a chrome-plated special-color recolor of this Predazord: instead of the matte production colors, the model arrives in a metallic, mirror-shine finish that makes the predator silhouette look noticeably more premium and menacing on the shelf. The combination mechanics and face-switch gimmick are identical to the standard DX – the appeal lies purely in the reflective chrome finish that turns recolors like this into sought-after display pieces for collectors.
