The Deinosuchus Zord is the mecha form of Zyudenryu Deinosgrander from Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger (2013), adapted in the West as Power Rangers Dino Charge / Dino Super Charge. Deinosgrander is the second of the thirteen "Guardian" Zyudenryu (following the ten great Zyudenryu) and represents an orange Deinosuchus, a prehistoric giant crocodile. In the Japanese show, however, it never appeared as a standalone battle mecha: there it existed only as a Zyudenchi (Zyuden battery) that equips a Kyoryuger in "Armed On" mode with the Deinosgrander armor, adding heavy crocodile-jaw weaponry to the arms. A poseable, combinable mecha form was created solely for the U.S. toyline.

The Deinosuchus Zord is therefore a Bandai America toyline original: it appeared in neither the Japanese Kyoryuger series nor the U.S. TV series, and it has no Japanese DX counterpart — making it effectively a U.S.-toy-exclusive Zord. Within the Zord Builder connection system it splits into two halves that attach as arms to the T-Rex Zord / Dino Charge Megazord (and the Ptera Charge Megazord). Each arm ends in a large biting crocodile jaw, with a secondary set of jaws housed in the tail section. Because both arms come from a single Zord, this is the only combination that lets the Dino Charge Megazord complete a full formation using just one additional Zord.

The toy was made by Bandai America and released as part of Power Rangers Dino Super Charge (June 2016). It is standard plastic (no die-cast) and includes one Dino Charger that plugs into the mouth to trigger play features. As an action feature, the jaws open and close when the Zord is rolled along a flat surface; with the charger inserted, the back spikes also fold down, giving the impression of dual mouths. This particular "Limited Edition" is a limited black repaint of the otherwise orange standard figure — mechanically identical, differing only in color scheme.
