Description

Kyoryuzin is the primary hero mecha of „Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger" (2013), the 37th Super Sentai series. It is formed by combining three dinosaur robots known as Zyudenryu („Guardian Beasts"): Gabutyra, the Tyrannosaurus partnered with the red leader Kyoryu Red; the Stegosaurus Stegotchi (Kyoryu Blue); and the Triceratops Dricera (Kyoryu Pink). In the Western adaptation „Power Rangers Dino Charge / Dino Super Charge" (2015–2016), the same line-up corresponds to the Dino Charge Megazord built from the T-Rex, Stego and Tricera Zords.

In the combined form Gabutyra makes up the torso and head, while Stegotchi and Dricera become the two arms — one a shield-bearing arm using the stegosaur's back plates, the other a drill formed from the triceratops' frill. Kyoryuzin is a close-combat robot that wields a sword. A signature feature of the show is the swappable arm Zyudenryu: replacing one partner with a different Guardian Beast yields named alternate configurations such as Kyoryuzin Western or Kyoryuzin Macho. The Power Rangers version carried this idea over as the various „Zord Formations" of the Dino Charge Megazord.

This item is the „Fullaction" rendition released by Bandai Japan as part of the Kyoryuger toy line (in 2023, for the show's 10th anniversary). Unlike the standard DX set, which is assembled from the separately sold Zyudenryu and foregrounds the combination gimmick, the Fullaction version is a pre-combined, highly articulated figure: the emphasis lies on numerous joints and dynamic posing rather than on transformation or assembly. Construction is predominantly plastic (ABS/PVC); meaningful die-cast content is atypical for this line. It is a Japanese Bandai release — while Kyoryuzin did reach the West as the Dino Charge Megazord (Bandai America), this particular Fullaction variant remained Japan-exclusive. Exact release year and material specifics should be confirmed against the packaging where in doubt.
