Zyudenryu Zakutor is one of the Zyudenryu ("Electric Dragons," known in the West as Guardian Beasts) from Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger (2013). It is the partner mecha of Kyoryu Green (Souji Rippukan), carries the number 04 in the Zyudenryu lineup, and is modeled on a Velociraptor. In the US adaptation Power Rangers Dino Charge / Dino Super Charge (from 2015) it appeared as the Raptor Zord, the Zord of the Green Ranger (Riley Griffin). It is not a standalone main Megazord but an auxiliary Zord that serves as an interchangeable arm component of the team's central combined mecha.

The five core Zyudenryu combine into Kyoryuzin: Gabutyra (Tyrannosaurus) forms the torso and head, while two of the remaining Zyudenryu attach as arms. Because the arms are freely interchangeable, several battle configurations are possible. Zakutor forms a blade-equipped "Slasher" arm; in the Kyoryuzin Western formation (Gabutyra together with Zakutor and Parasagun), the agile Velociraptor delivers fast slashing and close-combat attacks. Its distinguishing traits are the slim, nimble build and the hinged raptor head with jaw that provides the cutting action. Like all Zyudenryu, Zakutor is activated by its matching Zyudenchi (a "Beast Battery" in the US line).

As a DX toy, Bandai Japan released it in 2013 as the "DX Zyudenryu 04 Zakutor," constructed mainly from ABS plastic. The model converts from Velociraptor dino mode into the arm/weapon form for Kyoryuzin and connects with Gabutyra and the other Zyudenryu; the corresponding Zakutor Zyudenchi is included. In the US it was produced by Bandai America as the Raptor Zord within the Dino Charge line (2015), typically at a smaller scale and with adjusted coloring. Hasbro was not involved in this toyline, as Hasbro only took over the Power Rangers brand from 2018/2019 onward.
