The Drill Ressha (ドリルレッシャー) is a Support Ressha (auxiliary train) from Ressha Sentai ToQger, the 38th Super Sentai series (2014-2015). ToQger's central gimmick is that every mecha is a train, with the units combining in modular fashion. Within the show, the Drill Ressha was formerly the „Drill Darkliner," a train of the villainous Shadow Line; it is closely tied to ToQ 6gou (Akira Nijino), who uses the train's drive unit to power up his personal weapon, the Yudou Breaker. Because ToQger was never adapted into a Power Rangers season, the mecha remained Japan-exclusive and never received a US toy release, neither from Bandai America nor from Hasbro.

As a support train, the Drill Ressha does not form a robot of its own; instead it serves as an interchangeable forearm for the series' main mecha. It docks onto ToQ-Oh (the „ToQ-Oh Drill" formation, first seen in Episode 18), onto Diesel-Oh, and — as its home robot — onto Build Dai-Oh, where it complements the scoop/shovel armament on the opposite side. As with the earlier Shield Ressha, it attaches to only one arm and has no dual-arm armament mode. Combining simply means detaching an existing forearm and replacing it with the drill arm; the large drill bit is its defining design element.

The DX toy is produced by Bandai Japan and belongs to the „Ressha Gattai Series," sold individually in Japan as a small-boxed ToQ Ressha (around 2014). It is essentially all plastic (ABS/PVC); the small support trains carry no meaningful die-cast content. In train mode it rolls on wheels, and its peg connector lets it dock as a forearm on ToQ-Oh, Diesel-Oh and Build Dai-Oh. Beyond the DX release, the mold also appeared in other formats: a cheaper SG Ressha (candy toy — the same size as the DX and usable with the ToQ Changer sound gimmick, but non-transforming), a Minipla model-kit version, and pull-back „Launch! Dash" variants. For this collection, the DX version is the reference piece.
