The Stegosaurus cannot transform — it is meant as an add-on and weapon module that docks onto the DX Ninja Steel Megazord and other Zords in the range via the Zord Builder ports. A 5-inch Ranger figure fits on top.

You will look for it in vain on screen. Shuriken Sentai Ninninger has no stegosaurus among its Otomo Nin, and it never made it into a Super Ninja Steel script either — it was designed for the Western toy line alone.
