Description
The Tenbin Voyager is the personal mecha of Tenbin Gold from "Uchu Sentai Kyuranger" (2017, the 41st Super Sentai). Tenbin Gold is the robotic character Balance, whose motif is the constellation Libra – the Japanese word "Tenbin" (天秤) refers to a balance or beam scale. Like every member of the Kyurangers, he pilots a constellation-themed "Voyager." Regarding Power Rangers: Kyuranger suit footage was reused for "Power Rangers Cosmic Fury" (2023, Netflix), but the Voyager mecha never received a dedicated Hasbro adaptation. As a collectible, the Tenbin Voyager therefore remained Japan-exclusive and carries no official Power Rangers name.
The Kyurangers' Voyagers follow a modular "Kyutama Gattai" system: the Shishi Voyager (Lion) forms the head and torso of the main robot KyurenOh, while four additional Voyagers attach freely as arms and legs. Because the individual Voyagers are interchangeable, many different combination patterns are possible. The Tenbin Voyager slots into this system as a limb (arm or leg), contributing its scale motif to whichever configuration it joins.
The DX toy was made by Bandai (Japan) and released in 2017 as part of the DX Voyager line. Unlike the Voyagers bundled in the "DX KyurenOh" set (Shishi plus four others), the Tenbin Voyager was offered separately as an individual Voyager, expanding the range of possible combinations. Construction is predominantly plastic (ABS/PVC), typical of this DX line; there is no confirmed significant die-cast content. Through the standardized peg-and-joint system it is compatible with KyurenOh and the other Voyagers, and it typically ships with its matching Kyutama (a collectible sphere).
