The Scissor Dial Fighter & Blade Dial Fighter are two supplementary "Dial Fighters" (VS Vehicles) from the 2018 Super Sentai season Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger. They belong to the arsenal of the three Lupinrangers (Lupin Red, Blue and Yellow), the series' phantom-thief (Kaitou) team. Because this season was never adapted into a Power Rangers series, no U.S. name exists — the vehicles and their toys remained exclusive to the Japanese market. Within the show the Lupinrangers pilot Dial Fighters, and their primary mecha, LupinKaiser, is formed from the three core fighters (Red, Blue, Yellow) together with the shared support mecha GoodStriker. Scissor and Blade are not standalone Megazords but auxiliary add-on vehicles that re-equip the robot.

The two units can dock together and each convert into a combat mode: the slightly larger Scissor Dial Fighter uses its rotating dial to switch into a scissor/claw attack mode, while the smaller Blade Dial Fighter swings its wings forward to become a blade. On LupinKaiser the Scissor Dial Fighter replaces the left arm as a shield/claw, and the Blade Dial Fighter is wielded as a sword in the right hand; this loadout produces the battle form LupinKaiser Knight (ルパンカイザー ナイト). Like the other Dial Fighters, the set is compatible with the separately sold VS Changer transformation device, which triggers vehicle-specific sound effects when a fighter is mounted on it.

The DX toy was released on 21 April 2018 by Bandai (Japan) within the VS Vehicle Series as a two-piece set priced at ¥1,800 (before tax). Both fighters are predominantly plastic and rely on the line's characteristic rotating-dial gimmick along with the docking and re-arming functions; these small expansion fighters carry no notable die-cast content. As a pure add-on set it contains no complete robot — forming LupinKaiser Knight requires the separately sold DX LupinKaiser (i.e. its Dial Fighters). No Power Rangers counterpart was ever produced.
