Shine Raptor (Kishiryu 08, white/gold) and Shadow Raptor (Kishiryu 09, black) are two auxiliary Kishiryu ("Knight Dragons") from Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger (2019). The series was adapted in the West as Power Rangers Dino Fury, but this twin-raptor set received no dedicated Hasbro release and remained Japan-exclusive. In the show the two near-identical velociraptor mecha – one light, one dark – act as additional combat units that expand the Ryusoulger team's arsenal beyond the core Kishiryu (Tyramigo, Triken, Ankylose and others). They are support/auxiliary zords rather than a standalone main Megazord.

Combination mechanics: Each raptor can dock individually with Tyramigo to form KishiryuOh Shine Raptor or KishiryuOh Shadow Raptor. Combined together, Shine Raptor and Shadow Raptor form the Cosmo Raptor. The Cosmo Raptor can in turn attach to the separately sold DX KishiryuOh to become KishiryuOh Cosmo Raptor, or to the separately sold DX Kishiryu Neptune to become Kishiryu Neptune Cosmo Raptor – the ability to combine with two different main robots is the set's signature feature. The included Cosmo Soul (Cosmo Ryusoul) serves as the head piece in the Cosmo Raptor formation and, when inserted into compatible Ryusoul electronic toys (weapons/changers), triggers additional sound effects.

DX toy: The set is made by Bandai (Japan) and was released on 24 August 2019 as "Kishiryu Series 08 & 09" at a launch price of roughly ¥3,200 (tax incl.). It was sold only as a two-pack (contents: Shine Raptor, Shadow Raptor, Cosmo Soul, instructions); the raptors were not available separately. The figures are made predominantly of plastic (ABS/PVC) with no meaningful die-cast content and have no electronics of their own – the sound gimmick resides solely in the Cosmo Soul. Points of collector interest are the light/dark color contrast between the otherwise identical raptor molds and their broad cross-combination compatibility. Japan-exclusive, with no direct Hasbro DX counterpart.
