This set comes from "Mashin Sentai Kiramager" (魔進戦隊キラメイジャー, 2020/2021), a Super Sentai season that was never adapted into Power Rangers and therefore remained Japan-exclusive. The Kiramager team (Kiramai Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, Pink, and later Silver) fights alongside living mecha called "Mashin" (魔進). The five core Mashin (including Mashin Fire, Shovellow, Mach, Jetter, and Helico) combine into the main robot Kiramaizin; their signature trait is the "Kiramei Stone Mode," in which each Mashin folds down into a gem-like Kiramei Stone. This particular item is not a standalone main Megazord but a combination set consisting of a display/storage base (Kiramei Base) and a small weapon Mashin (Mashin Carry) from the supplementary "Weapon Mashin" line.

In terms of play, the Kiramei Base is meant to hold and display the Mashin and their Kiramei Stones: the individual pedestals (Pedestal L/C/R) can be rearranged freely, the included stickers let you build your own custom base, and several sets can be linked to expand up to a four-unit arrangement. The bundled Mashin Carry is a weapon Mashin that transforms into both a Kiramei Stone Mode and a Kiramei Weapon Mode; in weapon mode it can arm Kiramaizin, and in stone mode it can be combined with separately sold products.

The DX toy is a Bandai Japan release from March 2020, catalogued as "Weapon Mashin Series 02." It is made mostly of plastic; no die-cast content is indicated for this accessory/base item. The set contents comprise an instruction manual, a sticker sheet, one Mashin Carry, the pedestal parts Pedestal L/C/R (two of each), two backboards, and two slopes (ramps). As a Japan-exclusive accessory and weapon-Mashin set, it is aimed primarily at collectors who want to display their Kiramei Mashin and give Kiramaizin an additional armament.
