Super Zenkaizer is the power-up form of Kaito Goshikida, the leader and only human member of the team in Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger (2021, the 45th Super Sentai series). The show was never adapted into Power Rangers and was released in Japan only. Kaito attains this form by loading the mechanical beast gear called the Zenkaiju Gear into his DX Geartlinger changer. When the Zenkaiju Gear bites down once, Super Zenkaizer grows to giant size and, as "(Giant) Super Zenkaizer," fights as a giant mecha in its own right during the kaiju/robot battles – unlike his four teammates, who appear as free-standing Kikainoid robots (Juran, Gaon, Magine, Vroon).

At giant scale, Giant Super Zenkaizer can transform into the ZenKaijuDrill, a large flying drill vehicle that charges the enemy with a front-mounted drill head and finishes it off with a ramming strike. Together with Super Twokaizer SD – the enlarged SD form of the series' secondary warrior Twokaizer (Zox) – the figure forms the kaiju-based combination Cho Zenkai Gattaiju ZenKaijuOh, which wields the Zenkai Tenlance.

The DX toy is made by Bandai (Japan) and was released in 2021 as part of the combination set "Super Zenkai Gattai Beast DX ZenkaijuOh" (on sale early August 2021). Built mainly from plastic (ABS/PVC), the set contains the giant-scale Super Zenkaizer and Super Twokaizer SD figures, which plug together into ZenKaijuOh; the Super Zenkaizer portion can additionally be reconfigured into the ZenKaijuDrill vehicle mode. The sound and "growth" gimmicks are not in the figure itself but in the separately sold DX Zenkaiju Gear (Bandai, July 2021), which triggers the transformation through the Geartlinger. Because Zenkaiger received no Power Rangers adaptation, no Power Rangers toy version of this zord exists; it is a Japan-only release.
