Don Robotaro (ドンロボタロウ) is the personal mecha of Don Momotaro, the red leader of the team in "Avataro Sentai Donbrothers" (2022–2023, the 46th Super Sentai series). Each of the five core members – Don Momotaro, Saru Brother, Inu Brother, Kiji Brother and Oni Sister – has an individual robot in the "Robotaro" line. Together these five combine into the series' main giant robot, Dai Gattai Don Onitaijin. Within that combination Don Robotaro forms the head, torso and upper legs, while Saru Brother becomes the arms, Inu Brother and Oni Sister the lower legs, and Kiji Brother the shoulder armor. Note for collectors: Donbrothers aired only in Japan and never received a Power Rangers adaptation, so this mecha was never released as a Power Rangers toy.

As a standalone robot, Don Robotaro serves as the core and base body of the combination; the complete Don Onitaijin has the show's signature gimmick of changing size from roughly human height to towering mecha scale. Don Robotaro is not sold separately at regular retail – it is normally included as the centerpiece of the separately sold "DX Don Onitaijin" set. The product described here is not standard shelf merchandise but a limited special edition.

The DX toy is an exclusive edition by Bandai (Bandai Spirits, Japan), distributed through Premium Bandai / the "BANDAI TOYS SHOP" (shipped January 2023, retail 6,600 yen incl. tax). Made primarily of plastic, the set contains a revised Don Robotaro figure with enhanced articulation ("Movable Enhanced Version"): the front waist skirt is now movable, the hip joints allow the legs to spread and raise forward, and the thigh roll was changed from click-stops to smooth, stepless rotation – enabling dynamic poses such as the "Oni Kick." It is bundled with the titular "Shutsujin" Option Set (出陣 = marching out to battle) containing accessories to recreate scenes from the show: a field curtain (jinmaku) backdrop, a commander's war fan ("Don-bai"/gunbai) with a reproduced cord detail, a camp stool on which Don Onitaijin can sit, and additional open replacement hands. It is therefore purely an upgrade/display variant of the Don Robotaro component; the other Robotaro robots are not included and are still required, via the separate DX Don Onitaijin set, to complete the full combination.
