The Omikoshi Phoenix (オミコシフェニックス) is from "Avataro Sentai Donbrothers" (暴太郎戦隊ドンブラザーズ, 2022–2023), the 46th Super Sentai season. This series was never adapted into a Power Rangers season and remained Japan-exclusive, so no official Power Rangers version of this mecha or its toy exists. The Omikoshi Phoenix is a golden, phoenix-shaped auxiliary/power-up mecha tied to the team's red leader, Don Momotaro. It serves both as a standalone flyer and as an enhancement for the main robot, Don Onitaijin.

As a personal power-up, the Omikoshi Phoenix is used with the Don Blaster to transform Don Momotaro into his upgraded form, GolDon Momotaro. On the mecha level it attaches to Don Onitaijin to form the enhanced combination GolDon Onitaijin (also called "Golden Onitaijin"), which gains a boost in power and speed and fights with the GolDon Lance and a size-changing Golden Shield that can intercept and reflect enemy attacks. This should not be confused with the Murasame Onitaijin (Black Onitaijin Murasame): a black rival robot belonging to the mysterious Don Murasame, realized as a recolor of the Onitaijin kit; it is unrelated to the Omikoshi Phoenix but was revealed alongside it.

As a DX toy, the DX Omikoshi Phoenix was released by Bandai (Japan) in October 2022 as a standard retail item; it is made mostly of plastic with chrome-gold accents on the wings and includes an Avataro Gear ("Robotaro Gear"). The mecha transforms and can be combined, via the separately sold DX Don Blaster and DX Don Onitaijin sets, into GolDon Momotaro and GolDon Onitaijin respectively. The associated Murasame Onitaijin, by contrast, was released as its own kit, "DX Black Onitaijin Murasame," exclusively through Premium Bandai (Japan-only direct sales) – a recolor of DX Don Onitaijin featuring an articulated Momo Robotaro plus dedicated head, chest and weapon parts for Murasame. Both items were sold only in Japan and never as a Power Rangers product.
