King-Ohger ZERO (Japanese 王様合体キングオージャーゼロ, Ōsama Gattai King-Ohger Zero) comes from "Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger" (2023/24), a Japan-exclusive Super Sentai season that was never adapted into a Power Rangers series. It is the dark counterpart of the title mecha King-Ohger and is associated with OhKuwagata Ohger – the battle form of King Racules Husty, ruler of the kingdom of Shugoddom and the series' long-running main antagonist, who transforms using the OhgerCalibur Zero. In color terms, King-Ohger ZERO is a black-and-gold repaint of the standard, multicolored King-Ohger.

Like the original, King-Ohger ZERO is formed from the Shugods, the insect-shaped guardian mecha (including God Kuwagata as the core, plus God Tonbo, God Kamakiri, God Papillon, God Ant and God Hachi alongside smaller sub-Shugods); the parts are the same components in the Zero color scheme. It wields the Shugod Sword ZERO, used for sword strikes (including purple flame slashes) and as a shield; its fighting style mirrors King-Ohger's but is portrayed in a harsher, more brutal manner. Through additional Zero-line add-on sets it can be built up into expanded combinations, up to Extreme King-Ohger ZERO.

The DX toy was released by Bandai (Japan) as a Premium Bandai limited/mail-order exclusive, shipping in Japan in December 2023. It is made mainly of ABS/PVC plastic, combines by re-plugging and folding the Shugod parts, and includes the Shugod Sword ZERO. Because King-Ohger never aired as Power Rangers, this mecha exists only as a Japanese DX release – no Hasbro/Power Rangers version exists. In addition to the DX robot, Premium Bandai also offered a Minipla model-kit version (Shugod Gattai Series).
