„Bakuage Henkei Byunbyum Mach Robo" (爆上変形 ビュンビュンマッハーロボ) comes from „Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger" (爆上戦隊ブンブンジャー), the 48th Super Sentai series (2024–2025). This series has no Power Rangers adaptation; the mecha was never released as a Power Rangers toy and is therefore Japan-exclusive. In the show it is the second mecha (2nd robo) and represents the giant form of Byun Diesel (ビュンディー, „Byundy"), the self-aware, AI-driven car buddy of the additional warrior Bun Violet. In vehicle mode it is the formula racing car „Byunbyum Mach," which rights itself into robot form through a solo „Bakuage" transformation — unlike the main mecha Boonboomger Robo, which is combined from several BoonBoom Cars.

Battle mechanics: The Byunbyum Mach Robo is built for high speed on land and in the air. It flies using the „Mach Wings" on its back, performs acrobatic maneuvers with its two „Byunbyum Tyres," and attacks with the „Bakuage Charger" held in its right hand. It fights on its own but can also reinforce the separately sold Boonboomger Robo by handing over individual parts (weapon-armament combination); it also has mounting points onto which BoonBoom Cars can be docked.

The DX toy is made by Bandai (Japan) and was released on 22 June 2024; it consists mostly of plastic (ABS/PVC), as is standard for DX Sentai robots. The „Bakuage" transformation takes it from formula car to robot; the wheels roll for play, raising the helmet-visor section makes the head appear via linked sliding side panels, and those same side panels unfold into the Mach Wings. The figure is compatible with the separately sold DX Boonboomger Robo (parts armament) and the DX BoonBoom Controller (for staging the finishing moves). This is the regular standard DX release; no TV-Kun or color variant is known.
